Hashiona is a platform dedicated to people struggling with Hashimoto's disease (an autoimmune condition that is the leading cause of hypothyroidism). We specialise in non-pharmacological ways to calm the symptoms of the disease. The platform offers personalised nutrition plans, intelligent symptom tracking and an interactive educational program.
PERSONALISED NUTRITION PLAN
Our personalised nutrition program draws from inflammation-reducing diets (including lactose and gluten elimination), which have been documented to calm the symptom of autoimmune conditions. We focus on meals that are easy to prepare and based on readily available ingredients. Once you download the app, we will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire to customise your diet.
