Health Data Restore

Health Data Restore imports an Apple Health export ZIP created with Export All Health Data, then writes eligible records through HealthKit. Before anything is written—or purchased—you can review the data types, Health access, date range, overlap warning, and records that cannot be imported. Choose the full export or a cutoff that leaves newer health data untouched. Large restores save private checkpoints on your device, so you can pause and continue without starting over.

What Restore handles:

• Eligible health records and workouts
• Supported workout details, including routes
• Large export ZIPs without loading the entire file into memory
• Duplicate records within the selected export
• Interrupted restores with durable checkpoints

Privacy

Your export and health data are processed on your device. Arctic Studios does not receive them. Restore has no account, ads, third-party analytics, or tracking.

Full Restore is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks restoring all eligible records from the selected export. The free scan and restore plan appear before checkout.

The cleanup action targets only records written by Restore. Keep Restore open while an import is running. Health Data Restore is independently developed by Arctic Studios LLC and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.
