Her Pep: GLP-1 Shot Tracker

Her Pep keeps your GLP-1 journey in one private place on your iPhone. Log a shot in seconds, know where it went, and see how far you have come.

LOG A SHOT IN SECONDS
Pick the site on your own figure, enter the dose your prescriber gave you and you are done. Her Pep suggests the next site so you rotate without thinking about it, and remembers every past shot.

KNOW YOUR SHOT DAY
See the shape of your week: a simple curve that rises after each shot and tapers before the next, so you can plan around your toughest days. Weekly, every other week, daily or your own schedule.

NEVER MISS A SHOT
Gentle reminders on shot day, Home Screen widgets and a Lock Screen countdown that shows when your next shot is due.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Your weight line toward your goal, weekly averages, side effects and check-ins, and a calendar that shows everything you logged.

WORKS WITH YOUR MEDICATION
Shots or pills, any brand, including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound, or a medicine you name yourself.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. Everything you log stays on your iPhone. Export it or delete it any time. Apple Health is optional and read only (steps).

SUBSCRIPTION
Her Pep requires a subscription: weekly or yearly, with prices shown in the app before you buy. Every plan unlocks everything above: the shot log with site rotation, reminders and widgets, weight and progress charts, and side effect and check-in tracking. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
