Prova: GLP-1 Shot Tracker

Prova is your GLP-1 coach, built from your own notes. Log your shot or pill, how you feel and your weight: Prova turns them into advice for your week. What helps on rough days, what to eat, and where you are in your dose step.

Free to track. No account. Your health data stays on your iPhone.

FOR THE HARD DAYS
• Log 9 feelings: nausea, constipation, fatigue, food noise and more
• Why it happens, and what's normal at your stage
• When to call your doctor
• Prova+: what helps you, for how you feel. Simple things to try, meals and recipes
• Prova+: see your rough days coming. After 3 shots, Prova learns how your shots hit you and gives you a heads-up the day before

FOOD, WHEN YOU'RE NOT HUNGRY
• Your protein and water, day by day
• Eating out: 12 chains, with protein and calories item by item
• Prova+: protein-first recipes for small appetites, saved to your favorites
• Prova+: our GLP-1 picks at each chain

YOUR SHOTS, YOUR STEP
• Works with every GLP-1: shots, pills or compounded
• Reminders on your day, at your time
• Your dose, your week on it, and what your label says about your step
• Your estimated medication level, free
• Your pens, counted at every shot
• Prova+: when your last pen runs out, and when to reorder

YOUR PROGRESS
• Your weight trend, not just the daily number, with your goal and your BMI
• Measurements, wins, and 3 progress photos side by side
• Your 5% for coverage renewal, counted from your weight before your first shot. Many US plans ask for it, and it is the one number you can't go back and collect later
• Prova+: Proof for your plan. Doses, weight and side effects on one page, as a PDF for your doctor

A COACH TIP EVERY WEEK, FREE
Each week, one coach card picked for you is free. Prova+ opens them all, with a plan for your week.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-up. Your health data stays on your iPhone. Prova counts anonymous usage (which screens get used) to improve the app, never a weight, a dose, a medication or a feeling, and you can turn it off in Settings.

A RECORD, NOT A DOCTOR
Prova does not diagnose, treat or advise. It does not tell you what dose to take, when to change it, or whether your treatment is working. The estimated level curve is drawn from published half-life figures for the medication you selected: an illustration of a general curve, not a measurement of your body. Nothing here replaces the person treating you.

SUBSCRIPTION
Prova+ is offered as a yearly or monthly subscription, with a one-week free trial. Prices are shown in the app, in your own currency, before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings, and the app includes a button that takes you straight there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
