HockeyForm

HockeyForm turns your phone into a shooting coach. Put it behind you on the shooting pad, press Record and shoot — the app does the rest.

COUNTS EVERY SHOT BY ITSELF
Just shoot. No tapping, no counting in your head.

HEAD-TO-TOE TECHNIQUE
Every shot is scanned — feet, knees, hips, shoulders, hands, head and release — and measured against the range pro shooters reach. You get a score for each shot and what to work on next.

POINTS FOR THE TOP CORNERS
With the net in view, HockeyForm follows each puck in. A shot in a top corner scores 3 points.

A COACH IN YOUR EAR
Right after each shot you hear a short tip: "Bend your back knee." "Top shelf!"

WATCH IT BACK
Every session is filmed. Replay any shot in slow motion with the body lines and the targets drawn on the film.

SEE YOURSELF IMPROVE
Stats show your progress over all your sessions or one at a time, and how your shot compares with a pro's.

THE LEAGUE
Join the weekly league with a nickname and see who shoots the most — one competition for everyone.

THREE SHOTS
Quick-release wrist shot, one-timer and drag shot.

YOUR FILMS STAY ON YOUR PHONE
Films and body scans are analysed and saved on your phone only. A film is kept for 7 days — star it to keep it.

HOCKEYFORM PRO
Your first 10 films are free. After that, filming needs HockeyForm Pro, a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews every month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it any time in your iPhone's Settings.

Put your phone on anything that keeps it still, 2–3 m behind you, a step out to your stick side.
