Homeschool Wizard

The homeschool record keeper that makes documentation the easiest part of your day.

Homeschool Wizard turns the paperwork side of homeschooling attendance, hours, subjects, portfolios, transcripts into a few taps a day, and makes it something your family actually enjoys keeping up with.

Now a universal app — designed for iPhone and iPad, with layouts made for the big screen and full Split View support.

LOG A SCHOOL DAY IN SECONDS
• Quick Log: tap the subjects you covered, adjust hours, done
• Snap a photo of schoolwork and let AI suggest the caption, subject, and tags
• Weekly schedules pre-fill your usual subjects
• Weekly lesson planner with assignments and a student checklist
• Catch-up tools for the days you forgot to log

STAY ON TRACK AND ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF STATE RULES
• Compliance tracking for all 50 states: instruction days, hours, and required subjects
• See at a glance whether you're on pace for the year
• Compliance Calendar: your state's paperwork deadlines in one place, with optional reminders

WATCH YOUR YEAR GROW
• Every day you log grows a beautiful oak tree through seven stages — it never shrinks
• Let school days slip and your garden gently misses you; one log brings it right back
• Tap around the garden — butterflies scatter, the swing kicks higher, and every scene hides a playful surprise
• Earn XP, unlock achievements, and rescue a broken streak
• A home screen widget keeps your streak and progress in view

STUDENT MODE
• Hand the phone or iPad to your student for a locked, kid safe checklist of today's subjects and assignments they check off work, you keep control

DOCUMENTS THAT LOOK PROFESSIONAL
• One-tap portfolio PDFs with an AI written narrative summary
• Official style transcripts with GPA and credit tracking
• Optional gradebook: score assignments and report cards show real letter grades
• One-page attendance register: a month-by-month grid with totals and a signature line
• Report cards and diplomas ready to print or share

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your family's records live on your device, no account, no cloud database, no ads, no tracking. Back up the whole school year to a single file you keep in Files, iCloud Drive, or anywhere you choose, and restore it on a new device in seconds. Photos you choose to analyze are processed securely and never stored on our servers or used to train AI.
• One-file backup and restore, so a lost phone never means a lost school year
