Description

FLUX (FKA Housing Helper) is the safe, student-rooted marketplace for finding homes, roommates, or subleasers—without the 12-month handcuffs. Join 7,500+ verified student renters who already swipe, sign, and pay in one seamless flow.

Why FLUX?

Safety first. Your first payment sits in escrow until you move in; providers get guaranteed monthly payouts straight to their accounts.

Roommate matching that works. Proprietary lifestyle-compatibility scores help you build community and save on rent.

Total flexibility. Live where you want, when you want—perfect for students, digital nomads, and remote workers.

Swipe → Sign → Pay. Browse listings and people Tinder-style, e-sign the rental agreement, then pay securely with Stripe—all inside the app.

Verified-user network. Every provider is ID-checked before payout to keep scams and sketchiness out.
