App Concept — HVAC Service Platform

HVAC Service is a professional service platform designed to support the full workflow of HVAC service companies, technicians, managers, warehouse staff, and clients.

The app provides tools for:
• managing service orders,
• coordinating technicians,
• tracking materials and warehouse operations,
• and facilitating communication between all roles involved in HVAC service delivery.

User Roles

The app supports multiple user roles:
• Client — creates service requests and tracks order status
• HVAC Technician — accepts jobs, navigates to service locations, uploads diagnostic and work result photos
• Manager — manages orders, employees, analytics, and warehouse data
• Warehouse — manages materials and inventory

Each role has its own interface and functionality.

Demo Mode (No Registration Required)

The app includes a Demo Mode, accessible without registration or login.

In Demo Mode:
• Users can explore the app interface and functionality.
• Users can review role-specific workflows.
• No personal data is required.
• No permissions are requested automatically.

This mode is provided specifically for App Review and user onboarding.

Location Usage (Optional)

Location is not required to use the app.
• The app does not request location access automatically.
• Users may manually select a location on a map without using GPS.
• GPS-based location is optional and used only if the user explicitly taps a “Use GPS” button.
• The app remains usable without granting location permission.

Location functionality is used only to:
• display service locations,
• assist technicians with navigation when they choose to enable it,
• calculate travel-related service data.

Camera Usage (Optional)

Camera access is optional and requested only when the user chooses to upload photos, such as:
• diagnostic images,
• work completion photos.

The app functions without camera access unless the user explicitly uses photo-related features.

Account-Based Features

Registration and login are required only for account-based functionality, such as:
• creating real service orders,
• managing employees,
• accessing warehouse data,
• processing payments.

Non-account-based features remain accessible without registration.

Core Purpose

The app is designed as a professional operational tool, not a consumer social or tracking app.
All requested permissions are:
• directly related to HVAC service workflows,
• optional where possible,
• clearly explained to the user before use.
