We will refund up to one year of fees that you have paid us for the Services if we fail to have removed all adverse matters posted to your record resulting from an identity theft evert within one year after your reported the event to us, provided you follow the procedures that we provide for addressing adverse matters, and provided you have enrolled in the Services prior to the identity theft event.

Provides reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses related to addressing the restoration of your identity. Expenses must be reported within 90 days. Stolen Funds cover principal amount incurred by the insured and caused by an unauthorized electronic fund transfer excluding any amount for which the insured received reimbursement from another source.
