Responds in reality time, tells me if any of my passwords have been breached, or any of my medical accounts, bank accounts, credit cards, etc. have been shared on the dark web due to a data breach from a company.

False ssc attached bank account information resulting in a missing ~<$1500 bank check of SSC (=IDX account holder) human's financial capital (seems like small amt, but bank check was addressed towards a bill in collections, and given to a family member prior to phone call from SSC # owner and idx to discuss new idx paid for account through Federal Bureau of Investigation granted IDK fee waiver and personal credit institution protection user account)... Not worth the $. I purchased the full subscription. The only service I haven't tested is the insurance. Everything else is inferior to the free services I already use through Credit Karma & Google's "Results about you" service. The credit/ID alerts I get from IDX come WAY later than multiple others I get free elsewhere. 1-step credit Lock/Unlock doesn't work. I still had to go to each bureau. Couldn't import passwords, so still paying separately for my old password manager. No trial/refunds.

I received notification from other sources that my ss# was on the dark web but not from IDX. When I contacted them through email (because I waited over 45 minutes for a person), I received an email stating I would be contacted within a day. That was over a week ago. I know they may be busy with all the accounts that are hacked, but they need to do better. I have no confidence in IDX.

I got this service due to a data breach. It has NOT detected the original data breach, lol. And 2 new data breaches that it has not detected, yet.
