H εφαρμογή IQT Service Plus, επιτρέπει σε κάθε χρήστη συσκευής με iOS, να ενημερωθεί και να αξιοποιήσει τις υπηρεσίες του Service Center της Info Quest Technologies και να εξυπηρετηθεί πιο γρήγορα και ολοκληρωμένα, με την ποιότητας και αξιοπιστία, που εγγυάται η κορυφαία εταιρεία Πληροφορικής και Επικοινωνιών της Ελλάδας.
Με την εφαρμογή IQT Service Plus ο χρήστης μπορεί:
- Να ενημερωθεί για τους οίκους, για τους οποίους η της Info Quest Technologies λειτουργεί ως εξουσιοδοτημένο Service Center.
- Nα δει τα σημεία (collection points) στα οποία μπορεί να παραδώσει ή να παραλάβει ένα προϊόν προς / από επισκευή και να ενημερωθεί για την ακριβή διεύθυνση, το τηλέφωνο και τη θέση τους στον χάρτη.
- Να ενημερωθεί για την πρόοδο της επισκευής του προϊόντος που έχει φέρει στο Service Center (Service Status Report), εισάγοντας τα στοιχεία της συσκευής ή του Δελτίου Παράδοσης.
- Nα αξιοποιήσει την Υπηρεσία Παράδοσης Συσκευής με courier στα εργαστήρια επισκευής, χρησιμοποιώντας τη διαθέσιμη online αίτηση.
- Να γνωρίσει καλύτερα το Εξουσιοδοτημένο Service Center της Info Quest Technologies και τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει.
