L’application IWACLUB est un programme de fidélité destiné aux revendeurs de la société IWACO.
Ce programme cible l’ensemble des détaillants au Maroc qui donnent leur accord pour en bénéficier.
• Le client commande via l'application et reçoit sa commande en une heure.
• Toute commande de Smartphones confirmée et réglée au moment de la livraison donne droit à des points de fidélité.
• Les points de fidélité cumulés lors de chaque commande donnent droit à des cadeaux systématiques.
• Le client pourra consommer l’ensemble de ces points et les convertir en un ou plusieurs cadeaux.
• Le solde client est actualisé systématiquement après confirmation de sa commande sur l’application.
• Le client commande le cadeau qui correspond au nombre de points cumulés. S’il n’en consomme pas la totalité, le reste sera cumulé avec une autre commande.
• Le client reçoit son cadeau, au plus tard, une semaines après avoir confirmé sa commande sur l’application IWACLUB.
