Jornea: Shift Work Calendar

Your rota, swaps and hours, always clear.

Jornea is the personal calendar for people who work shifts. It helps you organise your rota, record swaps with coworkers and understand your working-time balance without relying on spreadsheets or shared accounts.

SHIFT CALENDAR
• Configure morning, afternoon, night and rest shifts, or create your own.
• Enter a month in a few taps and check any day without editing it by accident.
• Store multiple assignments on one date, holidays and personal notes.
• Create rotations of up to 52 weeks.
• Share the month as a clear image without coworkers’ personal data.

SWAPS WITH COWORKERS
• Record requests, covers and confirmed exchanges.
• Keep who proposed the change, the agreement and the return shift.
• See what is still pending and close an obligation without deleting its history.

HOURS AND WORKLOAD
• Compare your target, original rota and current rota.
• Review annual totals and monthly detail.
• Generate reports by week, fortnight, month or year.
• Record actual-work adjustments without changing the original plan.
