TurnIA

TurnIA is the shift calendar designed so that logging your schedule takes seconds: tap a day, tap a shift, done. No complicated templates or endless menus.

YOUR SHIFTS, YOUR WAY
• Create shifts with a name, color, hours and pay per shift.
• Two ways to see the month: each day filled with the color of its shifts, or each shift on its own label, like a planner.
• Customize how they look on the calendar: text size, bold, alignment… every shift just the way you like it.
• Repeating shifts: every N days, weekly, monthly or yearly.

SHIFT ROTATIONS
• Work in cycles (morning-afternoon-off-off)? Create your rotation once and apply it to whole months in two taps.

COLLABORATIVE CALENDARS
• Build one calendar with your whole team: everyone adds their shifts and you all see them instantly.
• You decide what each person can do: just view, add their own shifts, or edit everything.
• Stay on top of every change: who added, removed or wrote on a shift, with an alert even when the app is closed.
• Send shifts from your calendar to a collaborative calendar in one tap.

SHARED CALENDARS
• Share your calendar through iCloud with anyone: your partner, your family or your coworkers always see it up to date.
• Accepting calendars shared with you is free. Sharing calendars is for Premium users.
• You decide what's visible: share the shifts you choose and change them whenever you like; it updates automatically for the people you share with.
• See at any time who has access to your shared calendar and stop sharing with one tap.
• Staying informed is automatic: we let you know when someone adds or removes your calendar, and we let your readers know about your changes, instantly.
• Each person with their own color and icon. You decide how to see them: mixed with your shifts or separately.
• Set reminders on shared shifts (for example, to know when someone gets off work).

IMPORT AND EXPORT
• Import your shifts from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook or any calendar on your iPhone or Mac, and from .ics files.
• Coming from another shift app? Import your history from Shifter.
• Export your calendar to a .turnia file and send it via WhatsApp to anyone who doesn't use iCloud.

REMINDERS, NOTES AND MORE
• Alerts per shift: the same day or the day before.
• Notes for each day and custom text on each shift, visible right on the calendar.
• Official public holidays for your country and region, updated automatically.

YEARLY SUMMARY
• Hours worked, earnings and number of shifts, year by year.

WIDGETS
• Your month, your week or tomorrow's shift, even for this month or next.

MADE FOR iPHONE, iPAD AND MAC
• One app, synced instantly through iCloud: what you change on one device shows up on all of yours.
• In English and Spanish.
• Customize how your calendar looks: shift style, day background and light or dark mode.

YOUR PRIVACY FIRST
• No sign-ups or accounts: your data lives on your device and in your own iCloud.
• No trackers or ads, privacy comes first.

TurnIA is free. Viewing calendars shared with you and joining a collaborative calendar is free; sharing your calendar or creating a collaborative calendar requires Premium (yearly subscription or one-time lifetime purchase).
