Settle debts directly from the Balances tab — pay in full or in partial installments, at your own pace. Add a note, attach a payment screenshot as proof, and mark it done. Settled items are clearly tracked so nothing falls through the cracks.

SPLITTING WITH SOMEONE NOT ON KAYA YET?
Add them as a guest member and include them in any split. Their share is tracked just like anyone else's. When they join later, they can claim their splits — and if they've already paid you cash, you can mark it collected right from the Balances tab.
