KB Organizer

KB Organizer is an app for event organizers working with KupBilecik.pl. It brings to your phone everything that previously required sitting down at a computer: sales monitoring, settlements, and ticket scanning at the entrance.

IMPORTANT: The app requires an organizer account, which is created by KupBilecik.pl based on a cooperation agreement. It is not intended for ticket buyers - if you are looking for tickets to an event, visit KupBilecik.pl.

LIVE SALES
A list of all events showing the number of tickets sold and available, order value, and sales progress. Search and filters make it easy to find an event even when managing hundreds of listings.

ANALYTICS
Sales and event page visits shown by day, week, and month. Charts, comparisons with the previous period, and a complete summary in one place - the same figures you see in the web dashboard.

TICKET SCANNER
The built-in code scanner also works offline. Download ticket codes before the event, scan them at the entrance, and recorded check-ins will automatically sync once the connection is restored. Supports multiple entrances and sectors, temporary access for staff without an organizer account, and importing external ticket codes.

REPORTS AND SETTLEMENTS
Event sales reports ready for settlement, with a breakdown by ticket type, add-ons, and tips. Invoice reminders are sent directly to your phone.

TEAM
Create employee accounts, assign permissions, and restrict access to selected events. Everyone sees only what they need to see.

TOOLS
A link shortener with QR codes for posters and promotional materials, venue seating map previews, and event customer lists.

NOTIFICATIONS
Alerts about ticket pools running low and messages from your account manager arrive instantly, without having to check your inbox.
