Less Meeting sits on top of the calendar you already use. Your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace meetings arrive on their own, and whatever you capture on your phone is on the web before you leave the room.

The app is free to download. A Less Meeting account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card up front, and you can bring your whole team into the trial. After that, Personal is $12 per month for one person and Team is $5.90 per user per month, billed in groups of 10. Plans and seats are managed at lessmeeting.com.
