You can't make out a word anyone is saying. The video is simply too quiet.
Pick that video, and its volume is raised automatically — as far as it can go without letting the sound clip.
No multiplier to choose. No editing app to learn.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose a video.
2. Save the louder version to Photos, or share it.
There is nothing to decide in between. The app measures the audio itself and works out how far to raise it.
IT DOES NOT DISTORT
The usual problem with turning audio up is that it starts to crackle. A limiter holds the peaks under the ceiling the whole way through, so the result does not clip.
Before you save, play the original and the louder version back to back on the result screen, and hear the difference for yourself.
YOUR PICTURE IS UNTOUCHED
The video track is copied across exactly as it was. Only the audio is re-encoded. Image quality does not change, and the export finishes quickly.

- There is no volume multiplier to set by hand.
- There is no trimming, joining, or background music.

The comparison on the result screen plays sound even when the silent switch is on, so that you can judge the loudness.
