• Refunds and disputes: 10% of the amount recovered.
• Bill negotiation: 25% of one month’s saving.
• Subscription cancellation: 25% of one month’s subscription cost.

Refund, bill negotiation and cancellation fees are charged once, only when a successful outcome is confirmed. No successful outcome, no fee for those services.

YOU’RE IN CONTROL
You choose your products and finalise payment directly with each retailer. Money-saving actions need your approval and decisions outside your authorisation come back to you.

Bank connections are read-only and cannot be used to make payments or transfer money. Follow your purchases in Orders and your money-saving tasks in the app.
