Your check-ins build a timeline. Calyne groups your flare days into episodes - onset, peak, and recovery - so a longer flare reads as one connected span instead of scattered dots. Your full history is always there to scroll, edit, or backfill a day you missed.

MEDICATION LIST AND REMINDERS
Keep a list of the medications you take, with gentle reminders so a dose is easier to remember. Mark what you have taken and keep your own history. Calyne records the names you enter - it never suggests a medication or a dose.

SEE WHAT LINES UP WITH YOUR FLARES
Over time, Calyne looks at your own logged data and shows which days lined up with more flares - for example, days you noted poor sleep. Every association is shown as an observation in your data, with the number of days behind it, never as a cause and never as advice.

Keep your own lab values - ANA, anti-dsDNA, C3, C4, ESR, CRP - and watch your numbers over time. Calyne shows the values you enter; it does not interpret them or flag them as normal or abnormal.
