Majlis: Guest List & Seating

Majlis is the event planner built for Gulf hospitality - Arabic-first, and made for how gatherings are actually hosted in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and across the Gulf.

NOW IN URDU AND HINDI
The app runs in Arabic, English, Urdu and Hindi, and the invitation card can be sent in any of the four. So the card matches the guest rather than the phone it was made on - a walima invitation in Urdu, the same evening's seating plan in English.

SEND A REAL INVITATION
Generate a designed invitation card and send it straight to WhatsApp. Four designs drawn for the Gulf: Sadu weaving, a majlis arch, the eight-point star, and a plain card for condolences.

AND THE GUEST LIST FILLS ITSELF IN
Every guest gets their own reply link. They tap attending, add how many are coming with them, and their answer lands back on your list - headcount, seating and catering all recalculate. Your guests never need the app.

Nothing is stored on a server. The invitation travels inside the link itself, so your guest list never leaves your phone.

Plan every kind of occasion:
• Mehndi, nikah and walima, from the first list to the seating on the night
• Weekly majlis, weddings, graduations, engagements
• Eid gatherings and National Day
• Condolences (aza) and business hospitality
• Or name the occasion yourself

BUILT AROUND THE GULF CALENDAR
• Hijri (Umm al-Qura) and Gregorian dates together, everywhere
• Prayer-time awareness - calculates times for your venue and warns you if the event overlaps a prayer
• Ramadan mode - schedule around iftar and suhoor, anchored to the call to prayer rather than a typed time

EVERYTHING ELSE A HOST NEEDS
• Separate men's and women's guest lists
• Contacts import, and WhatsApp invitations that write themselves in your guest's language
• Seating editor: drag seats and tables into the shape of your real room, place the seat of honour, seat elders by standing, then export the table plan for your staff
• Hospitality calculator: gahwa, dates, harees, machboos, luqaimat and more, costed per guest
• On the day, a Live Activity counts down on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
• Tasks, vendors, and budget tracking in AED

Works offline. Your data stays on your device.
