WHY SCANONCE

Most scanner apps ask for a monthly fee to export a PDF, and quietly upload your documents to someone else's server on the way. Your lease, your tax return, your medical card. ScanOnce does neither. Exporting is free, and nothing you scan ever touches the internet.

Point the camera at a page. Edges are detected, perspective is corrected, and multi-page documents are captured in one go.

Find any document by what is written inside it
Text is recognized directly on your device, so you can search for a word you remember and land on the right page. No upload, no waiting.

Export the way you need
Share as PDF, export single pages as JPEG, or send straight to a printer.

Tidy it up
Rotate, crop, and switch between colour, greyscale and high-contrast black and white. Reorder pages by dragging. Rename and file into folders.

Locked if you want it locked
Turn on Face ID and your documents stay sealed behind it.

PRIVACY, PLAINLY

ScanOnce makes no internet connections at all. There is no account to create, no analytics, no advertising, and no third party receiving anything. Scans, recognized text and generated PDFs are written only to this device. If you delete the app, they are gone with it.

FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL PRO UNLOCK

Scanning, text search, document reading and PDF export are all free. Optional Pro adds unlimited saved documents and the expense export, which turns your receipts and invoices into a spreadsheet. Take Pro monthly, yearly, or as a one-time purchase you keep forever. No export credits.

Pro plans: Monthly (USD 3.99) or Yearly (USD 19.99) auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Local prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; a subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your Apple Account settings.
