ROUTINES FIRST
Make anything a routine as you add it: every day, only on the days you choose, a few times a week, or weekly, monthly or yearly. A morning walk, the gym on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a run three times a week, a Saturday deep clean, a monthly budget review. Each one returns on its cycle, keeps a streak, and tells you when that streak is at stake today. Routines can be a single tick or a short list of steps. Pause one when life gets busy and resume it later, streak intact.
YOUR DAY, WEEK, MONTH AND YEAR
Plan things onto My day, My week, My month or My year, and switch between them with one tap. Each page shows what is left, what is done, and how the last one went. Anything unfinished when its time is up moves to Later, so every day starts clean.
WRITE IT DOWN, PLAN IT LATER
Write anything down the moment it occurs to you, and it waits in Plan. Plan it for today, a week, a month or a year, or make it a routine, and it moves to that page. Pause a routine and resume it later with its streak.
FOCUS ON ONE THING
Tap play beside any routine or task and Focus opens with the clock. The countdown carries on over your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can put the phone face down. When time is up, Mastery asks whether it is done.
GET PAST WHAT STOPS YOU
When something keeps stalling, Obstacles gives you somewhere to think: name the problem, list the causes you suspect, commit to one, and turn the fix into a task. Afterwards you record whether it worked.
SUGGESTIONS, NOT AUTOPILOT
Write it however you think it, like “gym 3x a week from Monday”, and Mastery drafts the steps and picks the page. Nothing is filled in for you: suggestions are rows you tap to keep, and one switch turns them all off. This needs a device that supports Apple Intelligence; without one you get editable starter steps.
AN HONEST EVENING
Each evening, a short check-in asks what worked, what got in the way, and the one thing that matters tomorrow. The next night it asks whether that happened. Insights turns those evenings into what a single day cannot tell you: which days you turn up, and whether the way you work is working.
PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION
There is no account to make, and nothing you write is ever sent to us. Your data lives in your own private iCloud database. Obstacles' two suggestions are the exception to on-device writing: that reasoning goes to Apple's Private Cloud Compute, which Apple does not retain or train on. Mastery counts which features get used, carrying none of your text; Settings › Privacy turns that off.
