Use audio pacing to help control rep intensity without constantly checking a stopwatch. MaxSprint can pace around different phases of a sprint rather than simply dividing a target time into equal splits.

TRAIN WITH APPLE WATCH

Run guided sprint workouts from Apple Watch with rep progression, recovery timing and key workout information on your wrist.

Planned workouts can also be delivered to Apple Watch and completed independently. You can also train directly from iPhone.

TIMING GATE COMPATIBILITY

Compatible timing data can be captured during live workouts and automatically added to your session. View results during training, compare performances against targets and retain data for later analysis.

Create an optional MaxSprint Cloud account to connect with MaxSprint Coach.

Receive planned workouts, share completed training and keep workout information synchronised across supported devices.

Work from planned sessions while preserving the difference between what was prescribed and what was completed. Review delivered volume, sprint-quality exposure and performance over time.

MONITOR TRAINING READINESS

With your permission, MaxSprint can use relevant Apple Health data together with training history to provide a personalised readiness assessment.

If you create a MaxSprint Cloud account or connect with a coach, selected account, athlete profile, planning and training information may be securely transmitted and stored to provide cloud synchronisation and connected features.
