Start with a short measure in the same order and in reverse order, then train with a focused daily session built from three exercises:

• hold a sequence in mind while counting backwards
• remember a six-digit verification code through a short distraction

Your records stay personal. Span shows your own measurements and progress over time without rankings, percentiles, or medical claims. Training data stays on your device, and no account is required.
