Open the app and today's dungeon is ready. Each prescribed exercise is an enemy encounter. Log your sets to deal damage and clear the room to advance. The big three — squat, bench, and deadlift — are full boss fights against the Tarnished Widow, the Lord of Flames, and the Bone Reaper. Crush your prescribed work, then keep swinging for overkill bonus damage.

• PICK A CLASS. Warrior (strength), Berserker (hypertrophy), Ranger (endurance), or Adventurer (general health) — each maps to a training style. Run up to four characters, one per class.

• LEVEL UP. Earn XP for every set and rep. Your pixel character grows as your lifts do, with a full character sheet: big-four PRs (squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press), strength score, current streak, training age, blocks completed, perfect sessions, and lifetime volume.

• THE HALL OF LIFTERS. Climb the global leaderboard, ranked by character XP, and see where you stand against every other lifter.
