Der Anwender kann sich die verfügbaren Dienstleistungen einfach anzeigen lassen, gruppiert nach Gebäuden, oder sortiert nach der Fälligkeit, an der die Erledigung abgeschlossen sein soll. Die einzelnen Dienstleistungen können nach ihrer Abarbeitung in der App einfach abgehakt werden und werden dann automatisch mit dem mevivo Vorgangsmanagement synchronisiert. Bei Bedarf kann die Erledigung der Dienstleistung auch durch Notizen und Fotos genauer dokumentiert werden.
Die Synchronisierung mit dem mevivo Vorgangsmanagement erledigt die App im Regelfall automatisch. Es ist keine dauerhafte Online-Verbindung notwendig, so dass die App auch an Orten verwendet werden kann, an denen keine Internetverbindung möglich ist. Die Daten werden dann synchronisiert, wenn wieder eine Online-Verbindung zur Verfügung steht.
