MindStrong Sport is not like any other meditation app. This is about managing your mental health by building mental strength. It is built on the experience of athletes and supported by psychological literature.

A former professional athlete, mindset coach, and mindfulness teacher, Lewis built MindStrong Sport out of the need for a resource he wished he had as an athlete. Meditation and mindset practices are what Lewis and his athletes have used to build a mind that not only allows them to perform in their sport but also to manage life.

If you’d like to unlock full access to the MindStrong Sport library, we offer auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. If you select an auto-renewing subscription membership option, payment will be charged to your App Store Account at confirmation of purchase, and your MindStrong Sport subscription will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your credit card will be charged for renewal through your App Store account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your App Store Account Settings, but refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the term. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
