A former professional athlete, mindset coach, and mindfulness teacher, Lewis built MindStrong Sport out of the need for a resource he wished he had as an athlete. Meditation and mindset practices are what Lewis and his athletes have used to build a mind that not only allows them to perform in their sport but also to manage life.

Your credit card will be charged for renewal through your App Store account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your App Store Account Settings, but refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the term. As someone who has had 20+ years of rough and tumble of sports my body was feeling it. Decided to do something about it back in March due to lockdown and began yoga to help my knee and back issues. Used Lewis' YT videos and began to see changes. When cricket season got underway I found I wasn't hurting after 10 overs batting or after 40 overs fielding. Classes are relatable as a fellow cricketer, easy paced and perfect for me because I hate running. You get a good cardio workout just from this!
