As someone who has had 20+ years of rough and tumble of sports my body was feeling it. Decided to do something about it back in March due to lockdown and began yoga to help my knee and back issues. Used Lewis' YT videos and began to see changes. When cricket season got underway I found I wasn't hurting after 10 overs batting or after 40 overs fielding. Classes are relatable as a fellow cricketer, easy paced and perfect for me because I hate running. You get a good cardio workout just from this!
