Resgate de Prêmios

Para resgatar os prêmios, você deve acessar o aplicativo do Monte Carmo Shopping usando seu login de usuário.

Na guia de prêmios, você deve selecionar o item que deseja resgatar.

Quando resgatado o prêmio, será exibido um voucher com um QR CODE para apresentar na loja participante.

Consulte o status do cupom pelo App na opção "Notas Enviadas"

Os prêmios resgatados serão debitados automaticamente do sistema.

Validade dos Prêmios

Os prêmios acumulados terão validade padrão de 10 dias, podendo ser alterado sem aviso prévio.

Expirado o prazo, o voucher ficará indisponível.

Não serão permitidas alterações após a solicitação do resgate de prêmios.
