Weeks go by and you can hardly tell one day from the next. Something good happened on Tuesday, you meant to remember it, and now it is gone. You keep meaning to start a journal, but a blank page asks too much at the end of a long day, so it never happens. If that sounds familiar, nothing is wrong with you. You do not need more willpower. You need a smaller first step.
DayPage is built for exactly that. Instead of a blank page, it gives you one gentle question in the morning and one in the evening. Two minutes, and the day is written down in your own words. Do it for a week and your days stop blurring together: you start to notice what lifts you and what weighs you down.
How DayPage helps:
NO MORE BLANK PAGES
A few gentle questions every morning and evening. Answer in a sentence or a page; both count.
A KIND WORD BACK
After an entry, a short, kind reflection on what you wrote.
SEE WHAT LIFTS YOU
Every day's mood on one page. See what lifts you and what weighs you down, month by month.
REMEMBER YOUR MONTH
A story of your month, written from your moods and the words you used most.
A CALMER WEEK, ONE QUESTION A DAY
Guided weeks for gratitude and calm, one question a day.
SHARE IT WITH SOMEONE YOU TRUST
Invite them, share notes, send encouragement and set goals together. Your entries stay yours.
TOO TIRED TO TYPE? JUST TALK
Type it, say it, or keep a photo with the day.
ASK WHAT MATTERS TO YOU
Write the questions you want to be asked.
MAKE IT FEEL LIKE YOURS
Choose a theme, and log your mood from the home screen widget.
Your journal stays yours. Entries live on your iPhone, with optional iCloud backup to your own account, and you can lock DayPage with Face ID. Photos and voice never leave the phone. To write your reflections and monthly letter, an entry's answers and your month's moods and most-used words are sent through our server to our AI provider; DayPage keeps no copy, and nothing is used for ads or tracking. You can turn this off in Settings.
You do not have to be a writer. You just have to show up for two minutes, and DayPage makes showing up feel easy.
