Explore your mood calendar and basic charts for free. Moodvale Pro adds deeper activity insights, detailed weekly and monthly reports, full yearly statistics and more personalization. These patterns reflect your entries; they do not establish cause and effect.

Check in on iPhone. Take time to write and review on iPad. Record a mood and activities on Apple Watch after setting it up with your iPhone. Watch check-ins can be saved offline and sync when a connection is available.

Use a PIN lock to protect access on your device. Export your records as CSV or JSON. No Moodvale account is required.

FREE TO START, MORE WITH PRO
Daily check-ins, journal history, search, basic statistics, privacy lock and export are free. Optional monthly or annual Moodvale Pro subscriptions unlock advanced features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. An introductory trial, when offered, is available only to eligible users; the offer and price are shown before purchase.

The annual plan offers a 7-day free trial to eligible users only; the monthly plan has no free trial. After a trial, the annual subscription renews at the price shown before purchase unless canceled in time. Use Restore Purchases on the purchase screen to restore access. Canceling Pro does not delete your saved entries. Version 2.1.0 removes third-party usage analytics and crash reporting.
