MozScore

Your score. Your pace. The Coach by your side.

Practise chromatic harmonica on iPhone and iPad with MozScore. Read sheet music, follow the tablature and work on a passage at your own pace.

NEW: CAPTURE YOUR IDEAS WITH MOZCOMPOSE
Record a harmonica improvisation, one note at a time, to create a first score. Edit pitches and durations, add rests and manage ties. Colour-coded tablature accompanies the staff. Open your melody directly in MozScore: it is saved to your library with its title, tempo and ties. Landscape editing makes corrections easier.

READ AND LISTEN
• Scores and tablature for 12- or 16-hole chromatic harmonica.
• Hole number, breath direction and slide shown beneath the notes.
• Audio playback with adjustable tempo and zoom.
• Notation-only display for musicians who read sheet music.

PLAY WITH THE COACH
Follow scrolling notes and an animated character. The microphone detects played notes and the coach reacts during your session. Score audio is muted automatically when listening coach mode starts. You choose when microphone listening begins.

PRACTISE A PASSAGE
Select its start and end points, slow down and repeat in a loop. Advice helps you prepare breath changes, slide use and difficult passages.

YOUR MUSIC SPACE
Find your session and recent pieces on the home screen. Explore the library or import MusicXML, MIDI and MozScore files. On iPhone Duo, layouts adapt to open and tabletop postures. On iPad, enjoy a larger reading space.

No account required. Settings, sessions, recordings and drafts stay on your device. The microphone is used for the listening coach and improvisation recording; score reading and audio playback work without it.
