MustSleep is a bedtime self-control tool that helps you reduce late-night phone use.
Choose the apps that distract you most, set your bedtime, wake time, and repeat days. When the schedule starts, MustSleep uses iOS Screen Time capabilities to lock the apps you selected, helping you keep bedtime reserved for sleep.
Key features:
- Create weekly sleep plans
- Choose which apps to restrict
- Automatically lock selected apps on schedule
- Automatically unlock after wake time
- Hard Mode: plans cannot be turned off, deleted, or edited inside MustSleep during lock time
- View sleep records and usage stats
- Supports English, Chinese, and system language
MustSleep is designed for user-initiated self-restriction. It is not used to monitor others. Your plans, records, and app selections stay on your device, and detailed app usage data is not uploaded.
