Our small fitness studio’s classes, located in Alexandria, Virginia, gained a cult-following when we brought our workouts online in the summer of 2020. With over a decade of fitness experience, Natalie Strahorn and her team of dedicated, elite fitness instructors, bring non-stop, low-impact, high-intensity movement to every class, with a variety of class programming for an overall well-rounded fitness experience.
We believe your body needs change to see change. Our diverse class offerings at The MVMNT Society - Bounce, Bosu, Sculpt, Dance Cardio, and MORE - are designed to help stave off plateaus, both mentally and physically, and complement each other for maximum benefits. Designed by women for women, and suitable for all fitness levels.
Classes are musically driven, FUN yet challenging, with constantly evolving choreography. This evolution coupled with our dedicated instructor team will keep you balanced, strong and motivated in a safe and supportive environment.

TO ACCESS ALL FEATURES AND CONTENT YOU CAN SUBSCRIBE TO THE MVMNT SOCIETY STREAMING ON A MONTHLY OR YEARLY BASIS WITH AN AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION RIGHT INSIDE THE APP.
PRICING CAN VARY BY REGION AND WILL BE CONFIRMED BEFORE PURCHASE IN THE APP.
IN-APP SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF THEIR CYCLE.
All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle.
