Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID subscription settings.
