By downloading our app, you can take advantage of the following benefits:
Telehealth Appointments: Complete routine medical appointments with your primary care provider through your mobile device.
e-Check-in - from home or at the office: This feature allows you to review medications, sign consent forms, access health history forms, and fill out new patient paperwork. You can also complete screening questionnaires, upload your insurance card, and Driver's license.
e-Payments - copay and outstanding balance: Pay your copay and outstanding balances right from your phone.
Procedural prep and follow-up: Keep up with your procedure specific protocols as well as tasks and instructions for after procedures.

Appointment Tracking: The Appointment Tracking feature, as one of our coming soon items, will allow you to track of all your CFHC appointments and send you a reminder
Remote Patient Monitoring: Your doctor can enter results easily through the app then transfer them to your chart to view at your next appointment.
Secure Messaging and Text messaging: This messaging system is embedded into the app in which you can communicate quickly and efficiently. You can send files and images through this feature. In turn you will receive appointment reminders including details about your appointment.
