Appointment Tracking: The Appointment Tracking feature, as one of our coming soon items, will allow you to track of all your CFHC appointments and send you a reminder Remote Patient Monitoring: Your doctor can enter results easily through the app then transfer them to your chart to view at your next appointment. Secure Messaging and Text messaging: This messaging system is embedded into the app in which you can communicate quickly and efficiently. You can send files and images through this feature. In turn you will receive appointment reminders including details about your appointment.

When I first start going here I was having tons of health issues and the staff were kind to me and I have come a long way with my health now under control.

I loved my Doctor, but there is a lot of prejudice going (favoritism) going on at the Dental office there. I'm not prejudiced at all but if your not ethnic or Spanish, the Dental side will not help them. I've actually seen the appointment desk show discrimination against white people and just not let white folks do walk ins. On the other hand, the front desk will work Spanish and Ethnics in quickly. Just telling the truth!

don't like it. It's so hard to make a username it didn't accept any username I came up with said its invalid with all of them.
