Did not accept the "practice URL" to set up my login. This is the first thing the app asks for when you open it.

Kept logging me out I had to complete it 3 times. When I finished, it didn't have a log-out option. I gave up. Not enough direction on how to enter a complete form. Did not have a sign-off and confirmation that I completed the questions.

No one provided me a practice URL. If the purpose is to provide a link for video appointments my doctor is a podiatrist, and he has to be able to see my feet. I choose to provide my method of payment at the office.
