MyHealthRelay turns your weight, body fat, blood pressure, steps, sleep, resting heart rate, and HRV into a one-page PDF summary you can hand to your physician (or attach to a patient-portal message) in two taps.
WHAT MYHEALTHRELAY DOES
• Reads directly from Apple Health — nothing to type in
• Generates a polished PDF report for any time window: 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, all time, or any custom range you pick
• Charts your weight trend, body composition, blood pressure category, and daily activity
• Imports your full Fitbit / Google Health history — bring decades of weight, body fat, steps, and sleep into Apple Health in one tap
• Customizable dashboard — drag tiles to reorder, hide what you don't track
• Privacy: everything stays on your iPhone, nothing leaves your device
WHY IT EXISTS
Apple Health is a treasure trove of data, but the built-in "Export Health Data" produces a giant XML file no doctor wants to read. MyHealthRelay gives you the one-page summary they actually need — the kind of thing a specialist asks for at the start of every appointment.
DOCTOR-READY PDF
Each report includes:
• At-a-glance current vitals
• Weight & body composition trend chart
• Blood pressure history with category color-coding
• Per-day, per-week, or per-month detail table (chosen automatically based on report length)
• Source attribution and a "not a medical device" disclaimer that keeps your doctor happy
IMPORT FROM FITBIT / GOOGLE HEALTH
Got years of Fitbit data trapped in Google Health? Tap Settings → Import Google Takeout, drop in your Google Takeout .zip, and we'll import your weight, body fat, steps, and sleep into Apple Health with a single tap. In-app walkthrough shows you exactly how to get the Takeout from Google.
CUSTOMIZABLE DASHBOARD
Drag tiles to reorder. Tap to hide what you don't care about. Your layout persists between launches.
PRIVACY
• All data stays on your iPhone
• No account required
• No data sent to our servers (we don't have any)
• Read/write access to specific Apple Health types, nothing more
MyHealthRelay is free to use. We're working on a Pro upgrade with extra report templates and chart styles — coming soon.
