- Search for a doctor, specialist, facility or lab.
- View and email your health plan ID card.
- Save your health plan ID card to your wallet.
- See your copay, deductible, and out-of-pocket expenses, if applicable.
- Check the status of a claim, prior authorization or referral.
- Access your health records.
- View invoices and pay your premium, if applicable.
- Update your contact information and address.
- Select communication preferences.
- Save your password with Touch ID or Face ID.

Your personal medical information is confidential and is only available to you and your provider. To get
started, download the app and sign in with your One Healthcare ID. First-time users will need to create an
account.

You must be a Health Plan of Nevada member to use the app.
