Nephomancy

For centuries, people have looked up at the clouds and seen something looking back. Nephomancy, from the classical word for reading the sky, brings that old habit to your phone.

Take a photo of the sky, or choose one from your library, and Nephomancy writes you a short reading from what is really there: the cloud types, the light, the sun and the moon where you are. It is closer to a horoscope than a weather report, and it is meant to be enjoyed.

READ YOUR SKY
- One photo in, one reading out, in seconds.
- Whimsy: a playful reading of a few lines.
- Contemplative (Plus): a longer reading with some cloud science and history, and questions to take to your journal.
- A daily reading is free. No account is needed to start.

YOUR CONSTELLATION (Plus)
- Place what matters to you among the stars: family, work, wellness, friends, nature, anything you like.
- Make a star brighter the more it matters, colour it by how it feels, draw lines between stars, and give your constellation a name.
- Your readings are shaped by the stars you place, so they feel like yours.
- Share your constellation as a picture.

KEEP WHAT YOU SEE
- Streaks and crests reward a habit of looking up.
- A sky diary (Plus) lets you write about your day and link it to a reading.
- Plus keeps each reading with its photo, so you can look back at your skies.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- No ads, no tracking, no feeds and no one else's profile to scroll.
- Free photos are not kept. You can delete your account, and everything in it, at any time inside the app.
- Location is optional, rounded to about 100 metres, and only used to work out the sun and moon for your reading.

NEPHOMANCY PLUS
- More readings each day, the Contemplative voice, your personal constellation, the sky diary and a gallery of your photos.
- Choose monthly or annual. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
- Restore purchases is in the app if you reinstall or change device.
