Neuro - Start

You know what you want to do. And still you can't get going.

START is not a to-do app and not a planner. START helps with exactly one thing: getting started. The app only ever shows you the one small step that is next. Never the whole list.

HOW IT WORKS

You say what is holding you back right now. START takes you from there to the very first move.

- Quick Start: Write down what you want to start. That's all it takes.
- Just 2 minutes: A short timer. After that, you may stop.
- One step at a time: Templates break a task into small steps. You only ever see the current one.
- Brain Dump: Get everything out of your head, pick three things at most, start with the easiest.
- Decide for me: When you don't know where to begin, START picks one of your options at random.
- A reminder, if you want one: START nudges you once at your chosen time. If you don't respond, nothing else happens.

CALM, NO PRESSURE

No streaks, no points, no missed days. Stopping is not failing: “That's enough for now” is always an equally valid answer. If you don't need START for three months, that's fine.

YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU

No account. No tracking. No ads. No AI. START works fully offline. If you like, you can sync between iPhone, iPad and Mac through your own iCloud account.
