About Badi Calendar:

The Badi calendar, adopted by the Baháʼí Faith, is a solar calendar composed of nineteen months and four or five intercalary days. The beginning of the year occurs at the equinox in spring. Each month has its name representing a virtue (e.g., Perfection, Mercy), as do the days of the week. This calendar was initiated in 1844 when the Báb began to spread His teachings.
