【Nipoとは】
Nipoはクラウド型の業務日報・業務報告書管理システムです。
作成した業務報告書はクラウド上に保存され、PCやタブレットなど様々なデバイスから閲覧できます。
日報・チェックシート・業務報告など様々な「テンプレート」を自由に設計できます。
Nipoは「日報」として認知されていますが、テンプレートを変えることで「業務チェックシートアプリ」や「業務報告書アプリ」として
使うことも可能です。
【使い方の流れ】
大まかな流れとしては、まず管理者がテンプレートを作成します。次いでスタッフのアカウントを追加します。
ここまでが初期設定で、初期設定が完了したらあとは前述の「テンプレート」を使い、テンプレートに沿って日報やチェックシート、報告書として
所定の欄を埋めるだけで、報告書が完成します。
【利用規模】
１名から最大で50名まで使えるようになっています。４名が初期設定となります。

【クラウドシステム】
クラウドシステムなので、macから書いた日報をiPhoneやiPadで読むことも可能です。もちろんその逆も。
作成した日報をiPhone上から印刷したり（はんこが好きなら押印欄もつけられます）、日報にコメントを付けてコミュニケーションを取るといったこともかんたんです。
その他、iPhoneやiPadに相性の良い日報機能もあります。
例えばiPhoneでパシャと撮影した写真を日報にはめ込んだり、iPadとApple pencilを使ってサイン（署名）を書いたり、手書きのイラストや地図を書くこともできます。
膨大な過去の日報から目的の日報を見つけることもかんたんです。
