NoBS Fasting

Minimalist, privacy-first intermittent fasting tracker. Local data only.

No bullshit. Just Fasting.

Tired of intermittent fasting apps requiring forced cloud registrations, selling your personal data, and blocking essential timer features behind expensive monthly subscription paywalls?

NoBS Fasting is an anti-bloat, distraction-free utility designed for individuals who value simplicity, efficiency, and absolute privacy.

THE ZERO-TELEMETRY MANIFESTO
• 100% Offline-First: All of your historical fasting metrics, timer logs, and current streaks are kept strictly inside your phone’s secure local storage database sandbox (Room DB).
• Zero Cloud Accounts: No sign-ups, no tracking cookies, no invasive third-party analytics SDKs, and no background network telemetry signals.
• Complete Data Ownership: Your data remains under your personal custody and control at all times.
• Zero Forced Ads: No distracting banners or algorithmic pop-ups cluttering your visual landscape.

INTUITIVE METABOLIC METRICS
• Clean Matte Interface: A high-contrast, distraction-free timer loop designed to help you check your current fast state at a single glance.
• Dynamic Visual States: The interface smoothly adapts as your body progresses through different biological phases—transitioning seamlessly into extended target tracking environments if you cross into overtime.
• Simple Notifications: Purely local background system alerts remind you when your target fast achievements cross key intermittent milestones (16:8, 18:6, etc.).

TRANSPARENT & INDEPENDENT
This application is completely free to install with every single functional feature unlocked right out of the box. There are no hidden paywalls.

If you find genuine value in independent, lightweight software and want to support ongoing infrastructure maintenance, optional developer tip tiers are available within the app settings interface.

Take back your personal privacy. Strip away the corporate software bloat and focus entirely on your metabolic health journey.
