CAPTURE NOW, ORGANIZE LATER
New notes land in Scratchpad. From there it's up to you: a tag, a colorful folder, a star for the important ones, or the Archive for what you want to keep long term.

COLORFUL FOLDERS AND SUBFOLDERS
Create as many folders as you like, nested inside each other, each with its own name and color. When you open a folder, its color follows you everywhere: banner, buttons and subfolder cards at a glance. Drag notes wherever you want: onto a folder, Favorites, Archive or a tag.

CHECKLISTS THAT CLICK
Turn any line into a checkbox. Tap to complete, the item strikes itself out, and pressing return continues the list. Perfect for groceries, chores, packing.

EVERYTHING INSIDE THE NOTE
Photos and freehand drawings go exactly where you want them, right in the middle of your text. Videos, PDFs and documents stay attached to the note with instant preview. And when an image is too large, Notavo asks if you want to compress it: you choose how much.

REMINDERS, YOUR WAY
Every note can have its own due date, and for each one you decide whether to get a notification. Changed your mind? Turn it off with a tap.

YOUR MEDIA LIBRARY
The Media section gathers photos, drawings and documents from all your notes in a single grid. Search by file name or note title and jump straight to the right note.

ALWAYS WITH YOU
Notavo is native on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with widgets for your Home Screen and Desktop. Turn on iCloud sync whenever you want: your data stays in your private iCloud, and you choose whether to sync text only or attachments too.

TAGS IN YOUR COLORS
Rename tags, give them custom colors, or remove them from every note at once.

Notavo is complete and free for 7 days. After that a single in-app purchase unlocks it: no subscription, no renewals. The unlock covers iPhone, iPad and Mac on the same Apple Account and can be brought back with "Restore purchase". Your notes stay yours: even after the trial ends, the unlock screen can export all of them. Anyone already using Notavo before this update keeps using it without buying anything.
