Nudge: ADHD Planner & Cleaning

Can't start cleaning? Nudge gives you one tiny task, a short timer and a clear place to stop. Made for ADHD brains and days when the mess feels too big.

Start with the energy you have. Break chores into small steps, follow a flexible cleaning routine, and make one corner of home feel better. No perfect schedule required.

TRY ONE SMALL STEP

Your first tiny task comes before choosing a subscription. Try a step, then decide whether Nudge fits your day.

GET UNSTUCK

• One Tiny Thing: get one concrete move instead of a whole room to clean.
• Start Rescue: follow one physical step when starting feels hard.
• Panic Clean: focus on what makes the biggest visible difference before guests arrive.
• Scan My Mess: turn a room photo into a focused starting point.
• Plan My Day: fit cleaning to your available time and energy.

MAKE CHORES FIT REAL LIFE

• Follow ready-made routines with one step and one timer at a time.
• Skip for today, snooze for later, or park a task on your later list.
• Repeat tasks after you finish them, on selected days, every few weeks or monthly.
• Add a "then, later" reminder, such as hanging up the laundry after a wash.
• Declutter one item at a time: keep, donate, sell, toss, or decide later.

HAVE SOME QUIET COMPANY

Clean with Mochi, your on-screen cat companion. This is quiet virtual company: no camera, chat or live partner. Voice guidance can talk you through cleaning while your phone stays in your pocket, and widgets and Live Activities keep your timer close.

SEE WHAT YOU DID

Small cleaning wins help fill the illustrated rooms in Mochi's Place. Earn outfits for your cat and look back at your recent tasks in What I Did. Set gentle reminders, pause for today, or take a break when you need one.

Start with one tiny thing. The whole house can wait.
