NudgeFit: Get Fit

You meant to do a few push-ups. Then the day got away from you.

NudgeFit gives one simple movement a place in your day. Choose push-ups, burpees or pull-ups, set reminders inside your daytime window, and start a set when you're ready.

Tap Done when you finish. Record your reps, or skip the count and keep the session. See your sessions, reps and streaks in local history.

During setup, explore how your own daily rep estimate adds up over time. It is simple arithmetic based on doing that amount every day, not a fitness prediction.

Pull-ups require a secure pull-up bar. Choose a movement and amount that work for you.

Workout access requires a purchase. Eligible subscribers can try monthly access free for 7 days, then pay $2.99 per month. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled. Lifetime access is available for a one-time $19.99 purchase. The current customer offer has no annual option.
