Cheap easy to use only problem I have after months of using the app is they still haunt put my car one so don't get full use of the app you need to add more cars

Well.... the company and more so the call center people are absolutely shocking!!!! Firstly the charging car park I use has cameras and signs everywhere stating you will get a fine if you park here without charging etc... yet I can rarely use a charger as people park in it DAILY to go across the road to the mosque. I then became a Karen and grassed to be told the cameras are dummies!! So guys don't worry about fines just park in them. Had 4 payments taken out my bank on the same day same time.

Rubbish app, rubbish chargers, zero reliability. App couldn't even find my address; only one house on a road of 10 displayed. Charger refused Charge card. Didn't work with Google Pay. Resorted to the app which authorized the charger, took payment, but never actually started charging. In 10 years of EV driving, this is the pits of apps and service. I'd give zero if I could.

Since a few weeks it is extremely slow and most of the time you get - oops something went wrong - messages when trying to scan a QR code or when clicking on a charging point in the app. No fun when you need 5 mins to get it working
